First was the theft of a chainsaw from a tree service truck; second was the burglary of a gas station, where a chainsaw was used to enter the building and lottery tickets were stolen.

NEWTON, Texas (KTRE) - A reward for information regarding the whereabouts of a man who went missing in Jasper County has been increased to $15,000, Jasper County Sheriff Chuck Havard announced Wednesday. Josh Larkin has been missing since Nov. 17, 2022, last reported to be seen in the Kirbyville area, specifically on Private Road 7025 in Jasper County.
